START FUNDRAISING WITH KWIK KAR

Determine the start date your organization is going to begin selling car washes (30-day maximum campaign length).

Determine how many car washes your organization will plan to sell.

Submit the executed Kwik Kar Fundraiser Information Form & Contract to Kwik Kar at least two weeks in advance of starting date to allow for the printing of car wash fundraiser tickets. Printing cost details are as follows; 100 tickets = $142, 200 tickets = $147, 300 tickets = $152, 400 tickets = $157.

Kwik Kar will notify you when car wash fundraiser tickets are printed and ready to be picked up to begin selling.

Your organization is responsible for selling car wash fundraiser tickets, collecting money from your supporters, and paying Kwik Kar $7 for every car wash fundraiser ticket that is sold plus printing costs. Unsold car wash tickets may be returned at no charge to Kwik Kar. Lost or unsold car wash fundraiser tickets that are not returned will be paid for in full by your organization at full retail value ($14 per ticket).
